Precision Safety Consulting LLC (PSC) was founded in 2020 by safety program manager and entrepreneur Toni Watts out of a heartfelt pride in her ability to identify the individual challenges each person faces when entering a training environment. She believes that if a person is trained in an environment of empowerment, instead of an obligation, the individual has a better chance for success.

Toni Watts was reared in the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world – Queens, New York. She was greatly influenced by her grandmother, who was a pharmacist, and her mother, who instilled in her a passion for respecting and protecting the natural environment. She grew up with a sense of commitment to doing her part to encourage healthy living and environmental protection. Reflecting, Toni said “I don’t think I had options. I never thought about anything else, but community-service and charity. And I always thought I could be or should do more. Without giving any thought, it was just what you do.” With those instilled values, she organized annual toy drives at a local hospital with her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and no matter how big it got, she always felt it could be bigger; she could do more. 

Toni’s career path presented a wealth of opportunities to continue her work in caring for the environment.  Throughout her work experience, she gained a wealth of knowledge in a myriad of areas, e.g., public health inspections, air quality testing, environmental auditing, regulation compliance, and emergency management.  Her extensive experience in safety management coupled with her comprehensive knowledge of environmental labor regulations has cultivated a unique insight into how to meet the needs of a workforce and workplace, which she believes organically transfers into lifestyles. Her passion drives her desire to reach out and impart knowledge and information on how to be safe when the situation or the event presents a not-so-safe scenario. She firmly believes that education and preparation are empowering tools for protection and survival.
